Design Leadership Programme

The Public Sector Design Leadership (PSDL) Programme is a transformative journey tailored for emerging leaders within the public sector. In today's rapidly evolving landscape, effective leadership demands more than innate qualities; it necessitates intentional design and cultivation.

This programme draws inspiration from the principles of design leadership, equipping participants with the tools and insights essential for navigating the complexities of modern public service. Through an engaging curriculum, leaders will explore the four core pillars of effective design leadership in the public sector: networked leadership, empathetic leadership, creative leadership, and adaptive leadership.

By embracing these pillars, participants will emerge with a strategic mindset, collaborative spirit, and emotional intelligence necessary to lead their teams in an agile, empathetic, purposeful, and creative manner. They will be empowered to address pressing challenges within the public sector, driving innovation and fostering positive impact for the communities they serve. Through purposeful and confident leadership, they will inspire their teams to achieve meaningful outcomes and contribute to lasting change.
