Expert in design in the public sector
Debbie is a seasoned design leader with extensive experience in helping public sector agencies unlock creative potential and foster innovation. Passionate about leadership and culture change, Debbie has successfully led workshops and coaching sessions for public organizations and leaders looking to overcome barriers and drive meaningful, sustainable innovation. She has developed the proprietary Public Sector Design Leadership framework and has coaching leaders from the public sector in partnership with the Civil Service College since 2002.
